battlegent connects clients to coding agents running on machines you enroll. The hub relays session events and commands, stores copies of session logs, and queues commands for devices that are offline. You enter into these terms when you accept them to create an account or purchase a subscription. If you do so for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.
These terms cover our hosted service. Separately supplied software remains subject to its own applicable licence. Your model providers, agent tools and authentication providers have their own terms, which you are also responsible for following.
Accounts and shared access
Provide accurate account and billing information and protect access to your sign-in account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or an enrolled device has been compromised.
Only invite people you would trust with a shell on your machines. Organization members can access shared devices and sessions, start agents and send commands. They may start sessions that skip permission prompts. The organization is responsible for managing its memberships, enrolled devices and authorizations.
Agents on your machines
You choose the machines, files, tools, model providers and permissions available to your agents. You must have permission to use those resources and process the information you make available. Model-provider access, usage charges and subscriptions are separate from battlegent’s hosted subscription unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Agents can read and change files, execute commands and contact other services with the access you give them. Review their work and use appropriate permissions and backups. An agent’s response or successful tool execution does not establish that its output is correct, secure or appropriate for your intended use.
A command sent to an offline device may run when that device reconnects. Consider that delay when sending actions whose consequences depend on timing. Closing a client does not itself cancel an agent or a command already accepted by the service.
Your content and data
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You give us permission to transmit, store, copy and otherwise process it as needed to provide, maintain and secure the service. This does not transfer ownership of your code or other content to us. Rights in model-generated output may also depend on your model provider’s terms and applicable law.
Session content passes through the hub and may include code, file contents and command output. Our privacy policy explains this processing and the retention periods. You are responsible for ensuring that sharing content with the service and your organization is permitted, including under obligations to employers, clients and other people.
The hub’s copy of a session is not a permanent archive or a backup of your project. Keep any records you need on systems you control. Removing content from the hub does not remove copies on your devices or records held by third-party providers.
Subscriptions and payment
The price, billing period, included seats, applicable taxes and any promotion are shown before you complete checkout. Paid subscriptions are billed to the organization. Changes to billable membership can change the seat count and charges under the billing arrangements shown at checkout or in your subscription management screen.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled. If a seven-day trial is offered, checkout shows its end date and the charge that follows. A payment method may be required when starting the trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. Promotions apply only for the period and on the conditions stated when offered.
You can manage and cancel your subscription through the billing section of your organization. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise. We may restrict paid features if payment is overdue or a subscription ends. Stripe processes payments on our behalf.
Except where required by law or agreed with us, payments for a billing period already started are not refundable. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights. If you are an EEA consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right; a trial does not by itself waive that right. Contact info@zentria.company to exercise a withdrawal right or request a refund.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, access machines or data without authorization, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, or interfere with the service or other users. Do not evade account restrictions or use the service to attack its infrastructure. Security testing of systems you own or are authorized to test remains subject to those authorizations.
We may investigate abuse and suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or address a breach of these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve it.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the service reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular recovery time, or compatibility with every version of a third-party agent or provider. Device sleep, network failures, maintenance and third-party outages can interrupt sessions. There is no service-level agreement unless we separately agree one with you.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us for it during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, and do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. To close an account or request deletion of personal data, contact info@zentria.company. Canceling a subscription does not uninstall software, stop agents on your machines or automatically delete local transcripts.
We may end access for a material breach of these terms, a legal requirement, or discontinuation of the service. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice so you can retain your records. If we discontinue a paid service before the end of a prepaid period for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund the unused portion. Data is otherwise handled under the privacy policy and any applicable legal retention obligations.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect and explain when they apply. If you do not accept a change, you can stop using the service and cancel your subscription. Price changes apply prospectively, with notice before the affected renewal.
Estonian law governs these terms. Courts in Estonia have jurisdiction over business disputes. If you are a consumer, you retain the mandatory protections and court rights available under the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these terms requires you to give those up.
Please contact info@zentria.company first so we can try to resolve a problem directly.
